40 questions · 5 per page · 60 minutes
Passing requires the category threshold, at least 3 of 4 critical cases correct and reasons for all four. Issuance requires human review of competency, reasoning and discipline.

Fees are collected by IUOAMC Ltd. Payment does not guarantee success or accreditation. Cancellation and refund treatment follows the published terms and recorded transaction.

1. Scope and responsible body

This regulation governs ICGA judge accreditation within the IUOAMC system, including examinations, review, appointments and oversight. It is issued under the President General's institutional authority and applies to new applications and upgrades from its effective date.

2. Category, discipline and assignment

The category determines responsibility level; the approved technical discipline identifies demonstrated competence; a written appointment defines the actual task and duration. Fame, membership or card colour does not establish technical competence. Colours and stars visually identify categories.

3. Application eligibility

Each application is linked to an identified membership account and permanent number. The applicant selects the category and disciplines and maintains experience, qualifications and evidence in the member profile. Staff verify identity and evidence before examination eligibility; self-declared information alone is not accreditation.

4. Fees and waiver

Fees are displayed before payment and fixed when an application is created; later changes do not increase that application's fee. Examination access requires server-verified payment or an explicit waiver by the President's Owner account. Ordinary reviewers cannot waive fees. Payment guarantees neither success nor accreditation.

5. Examination structure

Each category has a separate 40-question examination, five questions per page, in Arabic or English selected before starting. Four critical cases require both a choice and a written justification of at least 30 characters each. Questions, options and conditions are frozen for each attempt.

6. Timing and saving

The baseline duration is 60 minutes and the applicable duration is shown before starting. The server enforces the deadline; closing the page does not pause time. Answers are saved during the attempt with confirmation. At expiry only answers received before the deadline are graded; late answers are not accepted.

7. Passing and reasoning review

Initial thresholds are D 70%, C 75%, B 80% and A 85%. At least three of four critical cases must be correct and all four justifications provided. Automated results are provisional: an authorised reviewer checks reasoning, eligibility, discipline and ambiguity reports before approving issuance.

8. Question clarity and quality control

A question must provide sufficient context, a single task, distinct options and a defensible correct answer. Category relevance, language and arithmetic are checked. Candidates may report ambiguity during the examination without being penalised for reporting. Remediation is documented; changing the bank never silently rewrites a saved attempt.

9. Integrity and independence

Candidates must answer personally and must not use another person, distribute the bank or use leaked answer material. An ambiguity report or browser focus change alone does not establish misconduct. Suspected breaches require evidence, review and an opportunity to respond before a reasoned decision.

10. Retakes

A completed attempt does not automatically reopen. A retake requires documented eligibility approval and at least seven days, with a maximum of three attempts per application. A fresh application and remediation review follow exhaustion. A fee waiver does not waive assessment or pass conditions.

11. Accreditation and issuance

Passing alone issues neither certificate nor card. A documented competency decision must identify category and disciplines. An examination pass remains eligible for issuance for 180 days. Issuance generates a judge identifier only where none exists; previous identifiers remain permanent on renewal or upgrade. Credentials link to verification and digitally signed registry data.

12. Assignments and ethics

An authorised written appointment defines the activity, discipline, responsibility and duration. Judges must disclose conflicts, protect confidentiality, document evidence and apply criteria consistently. No category entitles a judge to decide an appeal against their own work without independent review.

13. Renewal, upgrades and historical records

This regulation does not cancel, renumber or retrospectively alter the dates of existing accreditations. Imported historical results retain their original score, date and threshold separately from new attempts. Upgrades require the target category examination and competency review; redesigning a card never changes category or technical scope.

14. Appeals and corrections

A result or decision may be challenged within 14 days of becoming available by emailing [email protected] with the application ID and a specific reason, without publishing questions. A reviewer independent of the disputed decision handles the case. Decisions and reasons are recorded; corrections retain the prior result as a distinct revision.

15. Suspension and revocation

Forgery, misuse or evidenced integrity breaches may lead to temporary suspension for investigation or reasoned revocation by the authorised body. The holder is notified and may respond and appeal. Category status itself does not authorise sanctions outside this process.

16. Versions and protection

Bank and settings changes retain their date, editor and reason. Each application preserves its conditions and fee; each attempt preserves its questions. ICGA trade mark UK00004350642, Class 41, is identified by the published UK IPO reference; use of the name and emblem requires the owner's authorisation.

ICGA · S

Category S — Founder’s Institutional Grade

An exclusive institutional capacity reserved solely for the Founder & President of IUOAMC / ICGA, confirming the recorded founding reference and institutional mandate. It is retained under the original award record and cannot be transferred, delegated or issued to another person.

Category S is separate from professional competency grades A, B, C and D. It is not a promotion or examination pathway open to public application. A remains the highest grade in the professional examination pathway.

Registration conditions: documented Founder & President capacity, a verifiable original institutional award, matching holder identity, identifier and dates, and no revocation or suspension. An administrative role alone does not grant S to other accounts.

Application fees and examination integrity terms

Terms version: ICGA-EX-TERMS-2026.2

Fees cover application review, examination administration and assessment. They do not purchase accreditation or guarantee success. Failure, a low score, absence, personal withdrawal or refusal of accreditation after professional assessment does not alone entitle the applicant to a refund for services already supplied.

Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. Where they apply, you may cancel a service contract within 14 days of its conclusion by notifying [email protected] with your name, application number and cancellation decision; no specific form is required. If you expressly requested early performance and then cancel, only a proportionate charge for services supplied is due. The cancellation right ends upon full performance after your express request and acknowledgement. Legally due refunds, including for failure to supply the service under applicable rights, are made within the statutory period using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

This is an individual examination. Copying, pasting answers, screenshots, recording, redistribution, outside assistance and automated answering tools are prohibited. Copy/print attempts and leaving the examination page may be recorded for review; these signals alone do not establish cheating. Proven misconduct may invalidate an attempt or lead to accreditation refusal after documented review and an opportunity to appeal.

Each attempt contains 40 questions. A maximum of 3 attempts is allowed per application, with 7 days between completed attempts. Time starts when an attempt opens and continues when the page is closed or devices are changed. Answers are autosaved; only answers received by the server before the deadline count. Passing requires the category threshold, 3 of 4 critical answers correct and written reasons subject to review. Arabic, English and French are available; the language is fixed when each attempt starts.
